My Decision Points (Next Steps) – You will hear Pastor Linda reference a colorful paper form to fill out as you progress through the class. This online form allows us to know what next steps you are interested in and we can forward your interest along to our different ministries. *Please note, you will also hear Pastor Linda reference a “Family Covenant” for Membership. If interested in Membership, please make sure to mark that on your Decision Point and we will send the “Family Covenant” to the address listed on your Household Information for you to view and sign.

Household Information – This online form allows us to get to know you. It will allow us to fill in the blanks on your information in our database. It is helpful to know this information as we follow up and as we continue to grow in partnership with you and your family.
