At CityLink it is our commitment and goal to build bridges (spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically) in the lives of the people of our community so that they can find and fulfill their true destiny and purpose. Our Annual Thanksgiving Food Basket Giveaway serves households in Fontana to receive the groceries needed to prepare a traditional holiday meal.
This annual event provides Fontana parents with a Christmas shopping experience with gifts for their children ages newborn-12 years old.
Embrace Me! empowers families to embrace children by offering Information, Support and Services.
This ministry provides spiritual, physical and emotional support to pregnant teens and young mothers.
This ministry provides health care to the homeless, uninsured, and underinsured in our community.
A partnership between City of Fontana and Water of Life to provide referral services for Fontana residents.
We welcome student volunteers, individuals who need to fulfill community service hours, community groups and others who simply want to serve.
