Since God created us and designed marriage for us, doesn’t it make sense to do marriage God’s way? Although most of you would agree, the truth is that it is much easier said than done! Through the various resources offered by the WOL Marriage Ministries, our desire is to help support you in living out God’s best for your marriage and family, so that you can experience and enjoy a marriage that glorifies God.

Marriage Series Resource

Most of us have lived our lives taking marriage for granted. From the time we were children we knew about marriage. Marriage is so foundational to living that we never give it a second thought until we are faced with committing to it or getting out of it. Pastor Dan Carroll’s position paper, Marriage, Divorce & Remarriage, covers Biblical foundations for marriage, how it is God’s idea and the magnitude and importance that marriage holds in society.

Premarital Class

This eight-week class is intended for couples where neither have been previously married or have children outside their current relationship. Premarital is designed to equip couples who desire to marry with both Biblical foundations for marriage and practical principles to build their future marriage on. It is a required class for couples who wish to be married at Water of Life and/or by a Water of Life pastor.

Cost is $60 per couple for materials. If you desire to get married at Water of Life or by a Water of Life pastor, you will be required to complete a couples assessment (TJTA) that cost an additional $69.00 per couple.

Re-Marriage Premarital Class

This eleven-week class is intended for previously married couples and couples where one or both individuals have children from a previous relationship. Re-Marriage Premarital is designed to equip couples with Biblical foundations for marriage and practical principles that will help them with the unique challenges of re-marriage and step-families. It is a required class for re-marriage couples who wish to be married at Water of Life and/or by a Water of Life pastor.

Marriage Enrichment Class

Do you desire to enrich and strengthen your marriage? If so, this ongoing and interactive class will help you grow more in love with your beloved! It will include prayer, fellowship, and more. There is no cost for the class. Marriage Enrichment is held every Sunday morning throughout the year.

Marriage by Design

Are you hurting or struggling in your marriage? Do you need God to bring healing to your marital wounds? Or would you just like to feel closer to your beloved? This eight-week, interactive class offers hope and restoration for both new and seasoned marriages. Our team provides teaching, activation clinics, prayer and ministry in a safe, caring environment. This is meant to help you experience God’s design for your marriage. Cost is $10 per couple.

Marriage Mentoring

Whether you are engaged and preparing for marriage, looking to maximize your longstanding marriage or repair a fragile marriage, Marriage Mentoring is here to help you. The ministry will pair you with a seasoned couple who has navigated the joys and struggles of marriage and will help you take your marriage to a new level.

Growing and Mending your Marriage

If you are struggling in your marriage, even to the point of separation, this nine-week class may be just what you need! Marriage on the Mend is designed to strengthen your relationship with God, change your perspective on marriage, and help you refocus. Each session opens with a general discussion followed by breakout discussion groups, men with men and women with women. You may attend the class with or without your spouse. Cost is $20 per person for workbooks. Registration is required.

Couples Seminars

Couples seminars are offered in the spring and fall of each year and are open to seriously dating, engaged, or married couples.

Blending Families

The Blending Families class is available to couples who are part of a blended family. This class is designed to specifically address some of the most common challenges that affect everyone in the home. Join our team as they share their firsthand experience on the topics that involve blending families.
