Is this ministry for me?
• Does it seem like all of your friends and family come to you for comfort, advice and direction?
• Do you often feel deeply for people who are hurting and lost?
• Do others consider you a person who cares “too much?”
If you said yes to the questions above, please prayerfully consider becoming a Shepherd’s Staff Ministry Caregiver.
Shepherd’s Staff Ministry’s heart is to effectively bring God’s healing touch to individuals and couples during times of concern, conflict, transition and relational strife.
How to get started:
Shepherd’s Staff requires caregivers to complete a yearlong training (three 10-week quarters). This program includes updated curriculum, skills training (hands on practice), and classroom discussion. Each class will have a different teacher and topic presented by, a WOL staff Pastor/Leader or special guest speakers who are experts on their topics with many years of experience in the field.
