The Community Empowerment Outreaches and In the Park special events allow us to bring basic resources into local communities and create a fun atmosphere where families can hear about and experience the love of Jesus.
Our Mission
The mission for all CityLink Community Empowerment Outreaches (CEOs) is to reach neighborhoods and empower people to walk in their God-given destinies.

HOMELESS MINISTRY
Showers of Blessing

Showers of Blessing is held every 1st Saturday of the month from 8:30am – 12:00pm at CityLink. Our mobile portable shower serves up to 25 unsheltered guests. Food, clothing, haircuts and additional resources are offered for our unsheltered community. Guests are able to receive prayer in the Prayer Booth and fellowship.
APARTMENTS
Our Community Empowerment Outreaches are also held at local apartment complexes within the community. At these complexes, many families fall within the low-income category and experience various forms of poverty. These include food scarcity, inadequate education, and hopelessness.
CityLink’s mission is to reach the community with the Gospel of Christ. We desire to build bridges (spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically) in the lives of people so that they can find and fulfill their true destiny and purpose.
Mango Villas Apartments

The Mango Villas Apartment Outreach takes place every 4th Saturday of the month from 12:00pm – 2:30pm in Fontana. The complex consists of 180 units and is located on Mango Avenue (cross street Foothill Blvd). The team meets at CityLink at 12:00pm and carpools to Mango Villas.

The Laurel Woods Apartment Outreach takes place every 4th Saturday of the month from 11:00am – 2:00pm. The complex consists of 68 units and is located in Fontana on Laurel Ave. The team, which partners with the Young Adults (YA) ministry, meets at CityLink at 11:00am and carpools to Laurel Woods.
This ministry supports all CEOs and provides opportunities to serve through games, crafts, balloons, face painting, and bible teaching.
