CITYLINK Campus Development
BUILDING 1
Completed 2024
Food Pantry Storage,
Distribution, Multipurpose
Room & Offices & Temporary Transitional Housing
The Building 1 development is a 2-story structure consisting of over 8,000 square feet of food pantry and ministry storage, almost 3,000 square feet of ministry support classrooms, 3,625 square feet of Multipurpose Room (MPR) area, concourse, public restrooms, a small heating kitchen, and a secure reception area with counseling rooms, restroom and shower facilities for homeless services, all on the first floor. The second floor consists primarily of office space to support the CityLink ministry activities and our Pathway to Housing program team. The temporary transitional housing will consist of twenty trailers to provide shelter for the homeless until Building 2 is funded and constructed.
BUILDING 2
(Future-In Design)
Residential / Mixed Use
The Building 2 development, to be completed in 2027-2028, is envisioned as a three-story structure. The site can adequately accommodate up to 36 apartments or a combination of mixed use residential and retail spaces. These retail uses would provide beneficial services for both the residential units and surrounding community. These may also house social service providers, and hands on job training opportunities.

Multipurpose Room &
Licensed Childcare Services
The Building 3 development (over 16,000 square foot single-story structure) of a ministry center and pre-school will provide for weekend services, mid-week services, and daily licensed childcare services, giving the community a gathering space throughout the week and on weekends while supporting working families who need access to affordable childcare.
The Building 3 development will include a roughly 5,000 square foot Multipurpose Room that will accommodate up to 400 seats. A Café may also included. At completion of Phase 2, Water of Life plans to host two weekend services on Sunday mornings, in English and Spanish. In addition, children’s Sunday school classes will be offered.

Funding Status
Dear friends, It’s hard to believe that we are approaching the completion of Building 1 (Support Services Building) and site development of the new CityLink Campus later this summer. To date, with God’s favor and blessing, and an answer to prayer, we have been able to fund the project as we build. Your generosity as a church and that of other community partners has made this a reality.
It has always been our goal to stay debt free. Currently an additional $2M is needed to complete the project. Will you prayerfully consider partnering with us financially to support the CityLink project, beyond your regular giving, over the next year to raise this amount? This will allow us to complete the current phase without construction debt and continue developing the permanent housing as part of the master plan.
