Pre-Game Show Information for Volunteers

 

 

Here's some important "backstage" information you need to know!

DATES:

Sunday, July 19th through Thursday, July 23rd from 6:30 - 9:00 p.m.

Please plan to arrive EARLY on Opening Night @ 5:30 p.m. and meet in the Sanctuary and then @ 6:00 p.m. nightly thereafter.

 

IMPORTANT DATES:

Friday, July 17th @ 6:30 p.m. in the Main Sanctuary

A special "BACKSTAGE" Pass Preview & VBS Kickoff Event for ALL Volunteers! You won't want to miss this.

You will learn about your group, schedules, rotations, curriculum and other information you need to know for the week.

 

APPLICATIONS:

In order to work VBS you MUST complete an Empowered Kids volunteer application including the background check release, if you do not already have one on file. As a reference, please download and read the summary of rights prior to completing the application. Click on the icons below to download the application form and summary of rights. Complete all pages, copy your photo I.D., and return the application to the church office.

REGISTER YOUR CHILD:

This is a very popular event and every year it continues to grow! Registration can fill up quickly so don't forget to register your child early! Please download and fill out the below registration application.

T-SHIRTS & CD's

Each year we create customized T-shirts that match our theme and we encourage ALL VBS Volunteers to wear one. Adult shirts are $8.00, Children shirts at $7.00, and Music CD's are $3.00 each. Supplies are limited so be the first to get yours. Items are available at Connection Corner after each weekend service starting June 20th.
