Emergency Solutions Grant (October 1, 2016 – September 30, 2017): Rental Assistance

CityLink administers the ESG grant for the City of Fontana. Funding from the grant is used to assist Fontana residents with rent and security deposits. Recipients must:

  • Live in the Fontana city limits
  • Meet with case manager to establish eligibility
  • Have a source of income/matching funds required

HEAP: Utility Assistance

This program is funded by the Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino and is for guests residing in San Bernardino County. To inquire about assistance, guests must:
• Come into CityLink Admin office to schedule appointment and is given required document sheet. Appointment date is set.
• Bring required documents to appointment

  • a. Valid ID
  • b. Gas/electric bills – two months (most current)
  • c. SS#’s for all members of household
  • d. Current proof of income – all adult members of household (last 30 days)
  • e. Rental agreement/mortgage statement

All HEAP appointments are held in the CityLink Resource Center/CAP Conference Room. Funding is contingent on funder – Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino.
