Bootcamp for Women (Inside Out)

Location: Club 56
Boot camp is a class with a variety of strength training and cardio exercises through various timed stations. As you rotate through each station, you will challenge your cardiovascular system and build muscle strength and endurance while also building camaraderie with fellow members as you workout together. Beginners as well as more advanced participants are encouraged to attend. Come ready to have fun and get stronger. No Experience Necessary!
